GEF Housing Options Available
Responsible for cooking your own meals and housekeeping
All of our buildings are well maintained, safe and affordable. We have a variety of bachelor and one-bedroom suites to choose from and a limited number of two-bedroom suites are available for couples in some of our buildings.
Subsidized: Rent 30% of gross monthly income – income criteria required
Affordable: Rosslyn Terrace and Ottewell Terrace – income criteria required; Sakaw Terrace – income criteria may be required
Housekeeping and meals are provided
When you choose to live in a GEF lodge, you choose to be with a community of friends. Lodge services include three meals per day plus snacks, weekly housekeeping and linen service, a daily selection of activities to choose from and a variety of on-site amenities. There is an additional fee for laundry facilities, cable TV and parking. Non-medical staff are available 24 hours a day.
