Ottewell Terrace is a four-storey building with 55 units, including 12 mobility-accessible units. The building amenities include spacious units that have their own balconies where tenants can relax. As well, tenants can entertain or unwind in the common area social room with kitchen, which has direct access to the courtyard patio, or on the common area balcony patio.

Located in the southeast Ottewell neighbourhood, the Apartments is co-located with Ottewell Place Lodge the Primrose Place Family Centre, which has an ETS shuttle bus outside the building.
