About this neighbourhood

Oliver is one of the oldest communities in Edmonton, however, it is incredibly modern and vibrant. Mature trees line the sidewalks and canopy the streets. Oliver is home to several parks, including Paul Kane Park, Oliver Pool, and a Community Garden. It is easy to forget that the hustle of Edmonton’s downtown is just blocks away, as this community has a very peaceful and tranquil feel. Oliver offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, small community feel and access to numerous amenities and transit options.

If you choose to live in the Oliver neighbourhood, you will be pleased to know that it is consistently ranked in the top ten desirable neighborhoods to live in Edmonton. It has been noted that dogs seem to outnumber the children living in the neighbourhood, and it is one of the most densely-populated communities in Alberta.
