Trinity Hall is a three-storey building with 47 units. The building amenities include a common area social room with a kitchen and an outdoor courtyard and deck for entertaining and relaxing that is also useful for private gatherings. As well, tenants may volunteer and exercise their green thumbs to care for the communal garden.

Strathcona is home to some of the most scenic views in the city. Situated next to Saskatchewan Drive, residents have access to fantastic walking trails that over look the skyline and go deep into the beautiful river valley. A hidden gem of Strathcona is the Route 99 Diner, located on 99 Street and 88 Avenue. The throwback, themed diner is decked out in1950s décor and doles out staples like pancakes and burgers. Their milkshakes cannot be missed! As well, the Mill Creek Ravine and Pool are only minutes away and perfect places to spend a summer afternoon.

Whyte Avenue, home to many shops and restaurants and with strong ties to art and theatre, is just walking distance away. The abundance of restaurants and cafés makes it the perfect place to go for a night out on the town. The Strathcona Farmers Market is also just a few blocks away. The market is open only on Saturdays but is always buzzing with activity from the moment it opens. As well, the Senior Citizens Opportunity Neighbourhood Association (SCONA) is close by. Easy ETS bus access gets you into Edmonton’s downtown in just minutes.
