About GEF Beverly Place
Beverly Place Lodge contains 73 lodge units, including four accessible units and six double units. The lodge has inviting, outdoor courtyards to enjoy, complete with lawn swings and a small community garden to lend a hand in, if desired. During winter months, the lounge is a bright, spacious area where friends can sit by the fireplace and enjoy one another’s company while watching the snow falling outside the picture windows. Residents enjoy our comfortable and homey feel in this barrier-free building.
For those who would prefer to stay in, we always have plenty of activities to offer at the lodge, including leisurely games of bingo or some active “Fun and Fitness” exercise classes. Other activities include band entertainment, gardening, birthday parties, and crafts. As well, we offer outings to such places as museums, casinos, country drives, etc.
Residents have the convenience of on-site dining prepared by a Red Seal Chef, programming curated by an Activity and Wellness Coordinator, low-threshold showers, in-unit emergency call system, in-and non-medical staff 24 hours a day. As well, the lodge has a number of outside services that come regularly, including a hairdresser and foot care clinics.
