About this neighbourhood
Oliver is one of the oldest communities in Edmonton, however, it is incredibly modern and vibrant. Mature trees line the sidewalks and canopy the streets. Oliver is home to several parks, including Paul Kane Park, Oliver Pool, and a Community Garden. There are many transit options currently in the neighbourhood, but most services are walkable within the community. A new LRT line is planned for 104 Avenue, which will provide additional transit options. Oliver is also close to 124 Street, which is home to many unique shops and boutiques.
