About this neighbourhood

Strathearn is an older neighbourhood, which is in close proximity to Edmonton’s downtown and boasts great views of the river valley and downtown skyline. The neighbourhood has a laid-back feel and is very community-focused and supportive. There is easy access to three lovely parks around the area and it is perfect for scenic walks. There is always something happening in the neighbourhood, as it has a highly-active arts community.

The eighth floor of Montgomery Place is the perfect place to hear the amazing tunes of Folk Fest, watch the beautiful fireworks on Canada Day, and admire the gorgeous Edmonton skyline year-round.
