About GEF Bateman Manor
Bateman Manor is an apartment-style building with 51 apartment units, including two accessible units. Units are clean and secure with a homey atmosphere. Tenants can meet and have a cup of coffee with friends in the social room on the main floor. The social room is also used for other activities, such as movie nights, computer classes, health clinics, puzzles, bingo games, and games on Nintendo Wii. Tenants can keep active by using the exercise room, or they can enjoy some quiet time reading or using the computer in the library on the second floor.
Outside is a colourful garden where tenants volunteer their skills and time to take care of the plants. When not gardening, they can relax on the patio, enjoy the barbecue, and listen to the beautiful birds chirping away.
