About GEF Pleasantview Place Lodge

Pleasantview Place is a combined site with 59 Lodge units (including five mobility-accessible units) and 150 Apartment units (including four mobility-accessible units) in an eight-storey building, with the Lodge occupying the main floor. The building amenities include a hair salon, communal kitchen useful for private gatherings, and multiple social rooms. As well, residents can unwind within the common area balcony or private inner courtyard. The Lodge provides on-site dining with meals prepared by a Red Seal Chef, recreation programming by an Activity and Wellness Coordinator, non-medical staff on-site 24-hours a day, and once-a-week housekeeping and linen service.

Located in the southwest, well-established Pleasantview neighbourhood, this community is conveniently located one block north of Southgate Mall and Southgate Transit Centre, offering easy access to shopping.
